and operated California corporation, was founded
in 1984 in
the heart of Silicon Valley’s semiconductor
industry.
High performance load board DUT card (ATE) testing hardware for
semiconductor final testing was the original core business product
which
soon extended to probe card wafer sorting test PCB cards,
electromechanical
interface solutions, mechanical hardware,
high-speed socket contactors, bench top lab PCB boards, RF
high-speed test designs as well as high-speed mixed signal designs.
MC Test Products uses a very extensive host of CAD software that
includes Mentor Graphics PADS Power PCB design with DX-Designer
schematic capture, Cadence Allegro design layout with SI simulation
including OrCAD Capture, Allegro Concept schematic capture, Protel
DXP layout with simulation and schematic capture as well as CAM350
viewer, AutoCAD and Solid Works mechanical solution layout.
